Then very fully waiting for patients' meeting before she comes to the room or she comes to the visit. She already knows all my blood work, the medical regards and everything. Dr. Liu is quite simply the best provider I am currently working with. Her care and follow-up remain unsurpassed.

My experience with Dr. Liu was very, very positive. I thought she was well prepared for the visit and was very familiar with my issues and knowledgeable and has a clear action plan. And she even came in to keep the appointment. It was virtual even though she was feeling ill. So she really went out of her way because I had had to wait for the appointment for six months. So my only complaint has nothing to do with the doctor. She was wonderful. It's that the waiting time to see a specialist is extremely long. That's it.

She is very dedicated to her patient, giving the patient relief and comfort along with very professional medical information. I am very happy to meet her in America since I feel taken care of very competent and trustworthy physician. Thank you so much.

This was my first time talking to Dr. Liu. She took time to understand my history, which mostly happened before switching to MGB, and asked good questions to clarify what had happened. When my story did not line up with the info she had reviewed in my chart, she went back and found a report I had added about my latest colonoscopy. Dr. Liu made me feel very comfortable, and I look forward to working with her.

People in the building did not know where I was to go for EKG. 5 people sent me to 5 wrong places and I was told I had to go to another campus for EKG. It turns out that EKG was available in my doctor's area and her receptionists didn't know this.

Dr Liu was very kind and knew my whole medical history. She asked to hear my story and after examining me and asking a lot of questions, she told me what she wanted to do. She asked me if that sounded reasonable, answered my questions and prescribed some medication. Dr Liu promised to do everything possible to help me and told me to contact her anytime if I had any questions or concerns. Excellent doctor. I like her very much.
