Ann Marie Murray, MD, MPH, is a pediatric infectious disease specialist and primary care pediatrician at Mass General for Children (MGfC). She is also very active in medical education and serves as the associate director of the pediatric core clerkship at MGfC.
Dr. Murray earned a Bachelor of Science degree at Brown University in 2005. During her undergraduate studies she worked in a lab at Rhode Island Hospital for her senior thesis work. She attended medical school at Temple University School of Medicine and graduated in 2010. Dr. Murray then completed pediatric residency and chief residency at MGfC from 2010-2014. She then completed pediatric infectious diseases fellowship at Boston Children's Hospital from 2014-2017. She also completed a fellowship in Patient Safety and Quality at Harvard Medical school and became a Certified Professional in Patient Safety in 2017. She also earned a Masters of Public Health degree at Harvard School of Public Health in May 2017, focusing her research on vaccination delivery in high risk pediatric populations. Her academic interests include childhood vaccinations, congenital infections, bacterial infections, respiratory viral infections, infections in the immunocompromised host, quality improvement and medical education.
