This care provider is outstanding. First of all, She came in to the waiting room to call me in. I feel she is very knowledgeable, puts a lot of thought into my situation and she actually did additional research to try and get a better understanding of how a current issue is related to a past problem.

Dr. Frank took great care in asking for a detailed description of the reasons for my visit. Together we discussed the specifics of my health concerns and she answered all of my questions in a way that was clear to me. She ordered a ct scan for further clarification. Dr. Frank's approach is thorough and very reassuring. I feel confident that as her patient I receive the high level of care that Mass General is known for.

Dr. Frank did a thorough examination of my medical situation. She asked a lot of question related to my current and past medical condition focusing especially on the reason i visited her, my pulmonary functioning. She reviewed in detail with me the breathing test results and she asked me several questions that helped he diagnosis. She tied up her evaluation with the drugs i take and we made a mutually agreed and acceptable change. I found Dr Frank. extremely thorough, careful listener, detail oriented and a caring doctor.

I enjoyed my time with Dr. Frank and appreciate her looking at my situation with fresh eyes. She is thorough, scientific and kind. It is hard to find all that in one person. She gave me hope that my situation could improve.

I feel extremely confident with the care I receive from Dr. Frank. She is thorough and listens carefully to the information I give her. I feel a part of the decisions we make together with regard to my health. I cannot think of anything she could do better.
