Dr Bapat was a professional and lovely human being. I was more than usually anxious about the visit. Dr Bapat and the rest of the staff were both knowledgeable and helpful. Getting to Mass Gen from Maine is not always so easy. But it's always worth it for the expertise of your staff.

I feel I could talk to him again because I had a list of questions & when he called I couldn't find it ???? after the call I found it in my pocket ????Also my next appointment is with someone I don't know, I am not comfortable with that!!

This was my first appointment with Dr. Bapat and he was very thorough and gave me a lot of time. He also seemed very kind. I was happy he was recommended to me for my care.

Dr Bapat is warm, welcoming,very credentialed, experienced and current in his cardiac field of specialization and practice [redacted]. He was honest & through & was well prepared with his background & recommendations and possible timeline outcomes. He listened to , addressed and resolved my stated fears of this procedure, as I understood how it could be done, as he had explained to me 3 years ago; he then explained the new, less damaging to the surrounding tissues, procedure with less side effects & a better long term outlook.. I was also relieved and felt supported that he discussed & acknowledged my aversion to the caustic, toxic side effects of the medical interventions available I feel safe and look with positivity to having my procedure [redacted]

Im going to be a transplant recipient. I'm new to the transplant program and have been doing test and and meeting the Dr's, social workers and Nurse who will e taking me through the process. Everyone has been excellent and very determined if get rushed through for imaging as it normally takes awhile to get an appt.

Appointment was pretty much on time; very professional and attentive

He was very kind and understanding. I am a breast cancer survivor. I am mentioning that because coming to a cardiologist with chest pains, shortness of breath and racing heart was very scary. He reassured me. Knew what it was. He listened to my symptoms checked me thoroughly and told me t had s anxiety. He gave me a beta blocker told me to schedule a stress test. Just to be sure. [redacted] I started the beta blocker and feel 100% better.

Dr Bapat was attentive, focused and interpersonally kind and empathic. He was willing to answer my questions, he appreciated the fact that I brought in a journal article that I had been reading about my condition. He was familiar with my medical issues. I was very pleased with our appointment.

Dr. Bapat has been very helpful and kind. I have been struggling with Afib and I called the office on the weekend after the medicine I was taking did not cause me to convert. He was On Call and advised me how to proceed. His advice was very helpful. He even called on Monday to see how I was doing. I am so grateful that Dr. Bapat took me as his patient.

Dr. Bapat and his staff are amazing. I was running late and received a call directly from Dr. Bapat to see if I was on my way and how long I thought it would take. I have never received a personal phone call from a very busy doctor! I would highly recommend Dr. Bapat and his staff and just B&W in general to anyone who needs to see a cardiologist.
