    I could not have had a better experience with Dr. Kraft. He was kind, thoughtful, listened well and discussed the nuances of the decisions I was making. I felt very comfortable with Dr. Kraft.

    I think the doctor takes his time during consultations, he's very clear, and he explains the procedures and what you need to do very well. The service is excellent; I have no complaints. He answers all my questions, and if he needs to contact me through the patient app, he does that too. I have no complaints about this doctor; I'm 100% satisfied with him.
