He listened well and had thoughtful follow up suggestions based on a good base knowledge of my complicated medical history

Dr. Walls was very thorough and clearly explained what he was prescribing and why. He treated me with respect and even gave me options for prescriptions depending on my preference. He explained what we could focus on for future care and what I didn't need to worry about (my moles). He also discussed cost and how to troubleshoot a potential insurance issue that might arise. I was very pleased with how he treated me during the visit and his recommendations.

Even though I waited more than 5 months for my appointment, Dr. Walls was so worth it! Very thorough and quick. He let me talk without interrupting and answered every concern and question.

Dr Walls is the best

Dr. Walls explains information well and takes whatever time is needed. He uses photos to explain conditions and breaks information down simply. He is very nice and extremely knowledgeable, and although I had to wait a bit for my appointment, I know that it was because he was giving other patients before me the time they needed- in a time when doctors are pushed to rush patients through. I appreciate that he is willing to spend the time necessary - even though his day is likely quite long as a result. He is an excellent doctor.

I recently had appointments with two other physicians, and Dr. Walls is light years ahead of them in patient CARE. He also knows my body systems cold. Just, I felt comfortable and in good hands

Overall, my care provider did a good job. I'm always wary about dermatologists because I'm not sure how much they know about black women's skin and discoloration and all that. But he did provide some good points and he also gave me a handout about dry skin, which was very useful.

This was an annual appt. and very straight forward with a full skin exam and assessment of same. Dr. Walls has been my dermatologist for several years and always accommodating and responsive to my needs.

I did not feel rushed and felt like I was actually being listened to, and got all my questions answered. The exam was thorough and my provider was just great, cannot recommend him enough!

In short, this provider was pretty knowledgeable but didn't know everything about my background medical history.

Dr. Walls is great. I moved a couple years ago and tried to find a Doctor closer to where I live now, they were Okay, but Dr Walls is fantastic and worth traveling for. He takes time to listen, address concerns, explains things thoroughly and in an understandable way, I never feel rushed. He makes great medical notes, so if I forget anything he has told me, it will be in my notes in the gateway. First time I saw him, I thought it might be awkward to have a male Dermatologist. But he is professional and respectful and during the appt. I never thought about it at all. I really like Dr. Walls and will continue to travel to have him as my Dermatologist.
