Dr. Spooner listened carefully to my questions and concerns, and answered all of my questions thoroughly, and honestly. Though there was a bit of a wait time to see her, it was well worth waiting. I would highly recommend her to other patients.

My name is [redacted]. I just recently had an appointment with Dr. Amy Spooner. I feel like, well, I like the fact that she took her time. I mean, she wasn't really on time, but she did take her time. And when you're not on time, that's, I mean, it's understandable because I know doctors are very busy. So our appointment ran a little late and so she has like an action plan in place. She went over my medications with me. I felt like she really heard me as her patient. So that's really good. And then so she took the action plan. She went over my meds and then she told me all about like the procedures and what the procedures are. [redacted]

Dr. Spooner is an incredibly knowledgeable, and highly skilled physician. She explains things clearly and asks the right questions to determine what I'm experiencing and what needs I may have. Her examination is very thorough and her recommendations are very helpful. Dr. Spooner is the best!

Dr. Spooner is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. She was more familiar with my situation than I thought she'd be (this appointment was my first visit to MGH) and provided helpful advice about what I should and shouldn't be doing given my condition. She also developed what seems like a workable plan going forward. She is clearly very invested in her patients and took all the time necessary to answer my questions, even though everyone else in the office seemed to have gone home by the time we finished. I don't mind if my appointment starts an hour later than scheduled if that's the quality of care I receive.

Yes, this provider, my doctor is incredible. She's a wonderful, intelligent woman. She's caring. She knows her business. I'm in the medical profession and I find her to be beyond excellent. She loves the patients. She's very good to them. She explains everything and she really is caring for them. She'll take all the time you need to take for her to take care of you and she'll tell you all the things you need to know and you will get care afterwards and everything that should be done is going to be done.
