Dr. Ho is extremely knowledgeable, kind and concerned. He is generous with his time on the phone addressing all of my questions and concerns.

Dr Ho was fully attentive, explained things clearly, and gave me the feeling he had all the time and in the world for my concerns. I appreciated that the team included someone other than Dr Ho to take notes because there really is no such thing as multitasking. In the days following, due to Dr Ho's sharp attention, I have been able to form more informed questions for my next appointment.

Hi, Dr. Ho was on time, sat down, did a physical examination of me, pointed out some things that he looked at a little more closely and explained what they were and addressed any issues of any of them promptly. He explained the medications he was prescribing to me for the things that I had mentioned to him or that he had seen, gave me some handwritten notes, which he's done before and he explained I could call him any time if anything should a need arise. Otherwise, he set up another annual exam. He is an excellent dermatologist and physician.

He did not introduce the woman who stood in the exam room taking note, nor did she introduce herself. The doctor missed the mark when applying cryotherapy and he only said it may blister and gave me a couple packets of Vaseline. There was no detail on when to apply the vasiline, whether or not to bandage the spots, what to do if it weeps fluid for days or what is best practice to prevent scaring, etc. With an enormous fluid filled blister, I was left to search for answers on medical sites.
