So nice and friendly! Interacted with child and listened to all my concerns and questions and answered all with great detail.

First time with Dr Lam and very pleased with him.

Nothing else. I had questions and they were able to direct to the correct provider to consult further with. So all went well.

Dr Lam explained things so well! I have had ear issues for years and finally went to see a specialist and I was worried I would be dismissed since I'm not currently having the issues. But he listened and explained everything with diagrams too

The second doctor was brilliant, answered my questions with insight and care, and warmly tolerated my attempt to interpret the hearing data as well as provide thoughtful clarity into recent studies on hearing loss and dementia.

Although this visit was scheduled with Dr Allen Lam, I also saw and was evaluated by an audiologist. Although the audiologist is not mentioned in this questionnaire, she was very personable, professional, and efficient. This baseline hearing evaluation was a key part of my discussion with Dr Lam, who was spectacular in reviewing my audiology results, its implications, and future visits.

I was happy with my provider he was interested with what I am dealing with.

Before my appt with Dr Lam, I had a hearing test. After the test, I realized that several of the words I was asked to repeat could be heard or construed as other words; for instance, air/ear/here/hair, etc. As someone with hearing difficulties, I was not able to distinguish or hear the difference between the words.

Friendly and professional. Explained results of my tests and discussed issues and how best to handle them. Very thorough.

Dr Lam helped me considerably when I was in a lot of pain. He followed up with me to ensure that I was getting better. He listened and answered all my questions. I am a physician, so it was really good too have a provider who trust me at my level.
