I really like my doctor because he is understanding and very knowledgeable

The care is good, but difficult getting an appointment when you really need them. Been told to go-to urgent care or ER. So if i have to do that, why do I even need a primary when they're never available to see me??

So I appreciate, I'm sorry that he's only part-time and would love to have him as my primary care doctor, but he's not able to do that because he's retired. Dr. Baustin is not my regular physician, but is a member of the same practice group. I was very glad that they could fit me into see a doctor. He was great. He listened, he considered all the possibilities, he carried out an appropriate physical exam for the presenting problem, and I felt confident in his diagnosis.

Appreciated getting in to see Dr. Baustin at short notice.

This provider did listen to me and did give me physical therapy because I said that last time that's what they did with my back pain. But I didn't really feel that he really cared because I was in a lot of pain and he said that everything looks fine and maybe looks, but I didn't feel that way. So he did recommend to take Tylenol, but I was hoping to get maybe x-rays done to see why I'm having all these things.

Hadley Family Practice is a superb office. They always follow up, provide appropriate and good care, listen and respond. I could not have a better practice in which to be a patient!

I had to go back and forth with the staff to allow me an office visit to treat my foot problem.

I felt that the care provider was experienced and knowledgeable, but felt like he was rushed.

As usual I found Allan brusque, almost rude. He rushes through the visit and doesn't always listen carefully. When he left, he was going to get a nurse to rebandage my wound. He came back and handed me an unpackaged nonstick pad for me to apply that was almost too small. [redacted]

Dr. Baustin was prompt and thorough. He was well-informed of my previous health conditions. He inquired about my concerns and his responses and explanations and directions were complete and carefully explained. I typically see his colleague, Dr. [redacted] but Dr. Baustin was able to step in on short notice. I was very pleased with the visit.
