I came to see Dr. Rosen for a second opinion on a somewhat complicated cardiac situation/issue slash diagnosis and I was very disappointed that she had not seemed to have read all of the detailed notes from another provider and hospital before my session. So unfortunately, I feel like we wasted a lot of time and she was very frustrated because I had to kind of go back and explain what's already in the notes before we could even move forward with her opinion. I feel like her communication was not very good in terms of listening to me and really allowing me to explain things in the best detail that I could. She was running very behind. She seemed a little rushed and irritated. She did spend extra time with me. We did have a good plan moving forward, but the dynamic, quite frankly, was a little strange.

I felt comfortable discussing my medical condition with Dr Rosen. she was attentive to what I had to say, and answered questions in away that I could easily understand. I agreed to several recommended follow up procedures and am confident the results, as they are read, will be made available to me, the medical staff, and appropriately reviewed.

Yes, Dr. Rosen is excellent, outstanding. Everything that she does seems to be great. It is very difficult to get a hold of the office or when maneuvering through the office, it's not that easy. I think that the Newton Wellesley Hospital should redesign that area so that it's more convenient for patients to maneuver through that area. Also, when I call, I speak to someone that's unknowledgeable and then after a while, I get transferred to that office. I believe the phone system

Dr Rosen helped me last summer with a last minute echocardiogram to allow me to replace my painful hip. Today's follow up was uneventful. However we set up plans for storage of future EKGs and echocardiograms thus allpwing trend analysis. Also i will wear a heart monitor for a week to better understanding my Heart rate. All good
