I feel very fortunate to have been under Dr. Quesnel's care during two surgeries and the ensuing follow-ups. The initial ear surgery and the reconstructive surgery were successful. I am so thankful for her expertise and skill as well as her compassionate care.

I have a long history with hearing loss and balance problems. Dr Quesnel's referral for me to get a thorough exam of my vestibular system has gotten me on the right track of balance therapy with specifically trained physical therapists, which has helped 3-4 times in the past decade. She explains everything in layman's terms I can clearly understand.

Dr. Q was knowledgeable about the condition in was asking her to review. However, the appointment was very fast , and she didn't think I had Ménière's disease because I do not have fluctuation hearing and that confused me. Her MA and RN took my history for Dr. Q in addition, there was a scribe and while I was okay with the scribe, it did hamper the visit as she was telling him what to write and I was forgetting my questions I had for her. So, this visit wasn't 100% for me. I don't feel like I have a good grip on what is going on with me.

She was unbelievable. The doctor was exquisite and would recommend her to anyone. Thank you.

Dr.Quesnel is one of the best doctors that I have ever had. Always attentive to detail, she and I worked out a plan for the coming year including what to do if I experience any persistent ear pain. She gave me guidance on connecting with audiology and hearing aid services, and listened carefully (as she always does) to my concerns. I'm so grateful (and lucky) to have her as my ear doctor!
