Very good visit but I believe i still have a sinus infection/issue.

This was a best experience I had with a doctor for many years. Dr. Maxfield not only understood and immediately diagnosed my problem as a nasal polyp, but has accepted my suggestion to remove the polyp at that time. It was done with my official permission, and spray of a local anesthesia, painlessly, and in 10 minutes! The entire visit lasted 45 minutes or so, I had no bleeding, [redacted] Amazing!!

Dr Maxfield was wonderful. It's rare that you have a physician who stops and listens, instead of focusing on inputting information in to their computer. She explained my condition, presented various options and gave me all the time I needed to talk with her and ask questions.

Alice Maxfield always seems rushed. She never seems to have enough time. I do see her on a Friday, but it seems like there's always something going on, something's hectic, something's, you know, causing her to be rushed. I do think she's knowledgeable. I do think she just doesn't have the time or the manner that I would prefer and what I've been used to in the last 60 years with my sinus situation.

This is my second visit to this office within the last decade. Both the clerical staff and the professional staff are the very best in what medical treatment should be. They are kind, professional, knowledgeable and most importantly make you feel like your important. Excellent experience.
