I was so appreciative that my, was given the attention I needed in the time I had because I have to rely on some of the public transportation systems for the elderly. And they were so accommodating. And not only were they professional and efficient and really good doctor, but she was so respectful of my issues and I appreciate that.

I'm SO grateful to have Dr Alice Lorch caring for my eyes- She's absolutely wonderful in every way. Stop overloading her with 20 patients a day. I overheard that info and was horrified by how unreasonable the work conditions are at MGH. (Dr Lorch has of course NEVER spoken to me about such matters.) Also, give Dr Lorch a huge raise. MGH is very lucky to have Dr Lorch on staff - Please don't lose her!

i appreciate annual checkups and continuity of care with Dr Lorch

My visit was for an eye exam. The assistant to the M.D. is who I referred to as the "nurse" when answering the previous questions about the nurse. The M.D. has been my doctor for many years, is quite familiar with my history, so lengthy discussion between us is normally not needed. She does ask me the important questions and asks if there are any changes in my eyesight to report. She also answers any questions I have in a direct manner in a way that is understandable to me. I recommend her to anyone looking for an ophthalmologist.

Dr. Lorch, and her assistants are great! If they were not i would not fly in from Arizona to see her. Or all my providers at Mass General Brigham all my doctors are there, but Dr. Alice Lorch is the best and no amount of waiting short or long is a problem when you have a good doctor that's worth seen.

Well run from parking attendants to my doctor, who I think is just great. I am a doc and she gets it.

She listened to me, and she explained everything about my eyes that I needed to know, and she treated me with courtesy, and the whole, situation at my eye and ear was very good.
