I was very happy with my experience with the doctor and the nurses and the staff. The doctor, she really listened to me. She took the time to explain. She even knew what the issue was. I couldn't be happier. That's about it.

I think that Dr. Charrow is a person who not only cares about the reason you go there, but she cares about you as a person and genuinely seeks to understand holistically who you are. And that's something I really appreciate about her.

Dr. Charrow is an exceptional listener, thoughtful and caring. I truly appreciate that she has a specialty in gastroenterology and extra intestinal manifestations. She really understands what it's like for someone who has inflammatory bowel disease, either Crohn's or colitis, and what types of incidences and issues may happen with regard to dermatology. She's fabulous.

Excellent care

This was my first visit with Dr. Charrow as I was previously a pt of Dr. [redacted]. Dr. Charrow was well prepared and referred to Dr. [redacted]'s prior notes during our visit to ensure she addressed all areas of concern. During day of visit I had experienced a very emotional loss. Dr. Charrow show empathy and compassion during this difficult time for me. She displayed strong clinical skills sought of in a provider but also is a deeply kind human.

Dr. Charrow is respectful, knowledgeable, and excellent in explaining issues, always willing to see me if I need to be seen.

I am always extremely satisfied with Dr. CHARROW . She is very competent and she makes me feel very well taken care of. Besides feeling very reassured medically, she's kind and warm and pleasant to be with. I am totally satisfied with her and with anybody. I don't know if they are nurses or helpers. I don't know very well how to answer your previous questions, but everybody is extraordinarily nice in that office. Thank you.

The only thing I did not like is I was a first time patient. The man I spoke to on the phone trying to make an appointment was rude.

Dr Charrow is so wonderful, this was the first time I saw her as a patient after being told following breast ultrasound I had a lesion that needed to be seen by Dermatology. The front desk staff scheduled me for an appointment right away on a cancellation list. Dr Charrow has been treating my daughter for several years. I was so impressed and relieved I did not have skin cancer on my breast. My daughter also had appointment on the same day 3 hours out and Dr Charrow saw her right after me which was so very nice and professional of her.

i CAN'T SAY ENOUGD THINGS ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE. ALL LEVELS OF THE STAFF WERE EXCEEDENGLY POLITE, INFORMED AND MOST HELPFUL. THE DOCTOR WAS KIND, NDERSTANDING AND QUICKLY GOT TO THE ROOT OF MY PROBLEM. I RECIEVED THE PROPER MEDICATIONS THE SAME DAY THE RESULTS WERE AVAILABLE. I RECIEVES A FOLLOP CALL AS WELL

Dr. Charrow cares about my overall health and coordinates cares with my other providers. I know firsthand that this should be the norm, but IT ISN'T and she is phenomenal for doing that. She has a smile for all her patients and genuinely cares.
