My Doctor is the first Urologist I have met that makes me feel confident in her abilities, judgement, analytical skills, my needs, and desires. I feel lucky to be her patient.

My appointment was changed from one office to this office so I could keep my appointment time as scheduled for yearly update.

The virtual visit worked better than I would have thought - I have to admit I was at first a little intimidated as to getting on to the appointment but it worked out

Dr. Berger is an extremely thorough, thoughtful and professional doctor.

I had a great experience with Dr. Berger in procedure. She was engaging and explained in detail what was about to happen, risk, complications, everything to be considered, answered all the questions I had, provided good instruction for follow-up, and then during the procedure was just a great bedside manner, keeping me engaged and occupied and not focused on any worries that I had. The only areas I'd suggest for practice improvement would be advanced outreach prior to the vasectomy, maybe two or three days before just to double check any prep requirements, etc., and providing some of the more detailed post-op instructions that are available.
