I was there for a full body skin exam. The exam was cursory and I did not feel it was thorough. No examination of the scalp, and a super quick glance all over. He didn't seem engaged, not much personality. Gave two options for fol up treatment and was hasty about wanting a decision right away. Didn't let me know when I should return before exiting the room

[redacted] I was very disappointed be cause my consultation was really quick and since was my first visit I expected to have more time to discuss about my health and issues and that didn't happen , I felt the doctor was rushing out. [redacted]

Caring, smart and efficient

I drive 2 hours to see Dr. Marneros , I trust him in every aspect of care he provides.

The physician came in the room with gloves already on his hands, which I felt was unsanitary. I also felt quite rushed during this appointment, and I don't feel like all of my questions were answered. He was backing out towards the door as I was asking questions, which, you know, is not a great feeling for a patient.

I found this visit with this particular provider to be extremely rushed. I felt like my exam itself was not thorough and questions asked were immediately responded to in a not well thought out way. [redacted]

The Doctor was very easy to talk with , gave special attention to my skin check and explained procedure and why it was needed . I felt very comfortable and appreciate the care and time the Dr and Nurse took with me .explaining and recommending treatment .

Dr. Marneros is an outstanding physician. He is a brilliant practitioner as well as a warm, caring human being, rare in any profession. Furthermore, he is meticulous in his examinations and, over the years, has diagnosed me exceedingly well. He explains his findings, makes recommendations, and is skillful in his treatments: superb physician and a credit to Mass General.

The receptionist at the front is a saint. There was a woman that came into the office who was giving her a hard time about scheduling an appointment and she didn't flinch and was very courteous.

It was my first time meeting him. I understand they were running behind on patients but my appointment felt rushed & felt like I was talking to a computer. He was very respectful but it was all so rushed, my main issue was acne & he glanced at my face & then immediately went into meditations/topicals. I had to ask questions on why he was prescribing me something because he didn't explain much.

Assistant greeted and attended during Dr. appointment. Assumed she was not designated as a nurse so answered 'no' to question asking if I saw a nurse.

The doctor was 30 minutes late to arrive and the only reason I had to see him was the requirement to sign docs before receiving PDT treatment. The doctor added no value, input nor help with the treatment that was left entirely to the nurse.

Dr. Marneros is the consummate medical professional - competent, caring and communicative.

The doctor was wonderful!! My experience with the nurse felt rushed and I felt like she was either shocked or disgusted when I was explaining my symptoms. It made me uncomfortable

Doctor noticed my feet were very hard due to cold weather, suggested a type of cream to purchase at pharmacy or amazon. In a week my feet haven't felt this smooth and a lot less discomfort due to cracking.

Dr. Marneros is great. I've always enjoyed seeing him. I see him every year, once a year annually, and he's easy to get an appointment with if you book it far enough ahead of time. He's always very timely, and he is a great doctor, and a great researcher. I think that MGH should continue to fund his lab, and in fact, they should increase the funding to his lab. Thank you.

I liked how he quickly offered a solution for a problem I was trying for solve for over a year, and did it.

This was my first visit with Dr. Marneros [redacted] I believe he reviewed my chart before seeing me and was well prepared. He was extremely thorough and very quick at examining me. I did not feel he was rushing the appointment at all. He's very thorough. He's just very quick and good at what he does I like that.! he answered all my questions. He had a good plan for me. I really appreciate his explaining to me the issues I was having on the cheek of my face of which I was very concerned about since I've had a lot of skin cancer. He explains things very well, plain and simple.! I look forward to seeing him in the future.

Felt like a waste of time. I went in because OTC was not working and he told me to use OTC to resolve the issue. He eventually offered to treat the issue for the reason I was there. Felt rushed and dismissive. [redacted]

I was a little rush and gave me two med cream. Never said what was my diagnosis a as. Also which one use for what. Open wound and scars the same kind on my ankle. I was disappointed as I wanted to know what they were.

This was my first visit with this provider. It was an urgent care visit. He answered me honestly about what he thought was going on. And made a referral to another Clinic.

I felt like the doctor was not making time for me and he just felt rushed and didn't ask me if I had any questions and I had a lot of questions and he was just like walking toward the door. He also was asking me about my tattoos in a judgmental way and was saying something about how I shouldn't keep getting more tattoos. He also was not really like answering my questions very thoughtfully. He was and he was using language that was like medical terminology that I didn't know. So I had to ask him to define it. And yeah, he just made me feel like he just wanted to be out of the office or out of the room and wanted nothing to do with me.

I found Dr. Marneros to take his time and explain every move he was going to do. He listened to my questions and was very thorough with his answers

Kudos to the nurse, very pleasant, answered all my questions, did an extremely thourough prep, they were excellent. Big thumbs up to the new PDT light. This was by far the most effective PDT treatment I've ever had since I've been doing them.

Excellent took me earlier than appointment

Dr Marneros was great! He took the time to listen to my concerns and he addressed those issues during the visit.

He was sympathetic and offered additional treatment for my skin

I come to Dr. Marneros every year for a dermatology checkup. He is excellent. If he was not excellent, I would not be traveling from Maine where it took four hours going each way by train. That is a total of eight hours on the train to see him. [redacted]

The provider was on time for me, and he gave me the treatment that I needed. Was also interested in knowing details about me to support me better. I thank him so much for his professionalism.
