Dr. Tower-Rader took the time to connect directly with my daughter, a [redacted] year old woman with Down syndrome, and carefully explain an unexpected new diagnosis. She listened attentively, and asked relevant questions in a way that my daughter could process. This was an important and reassuring experience for us both.
