It is so nice to be able to see Dr Hromadka when an issue comes up. She is so kind and attentive and never seems rushed. She gets right to the bottom of things even when I tend to babble on, which I have a tendency to do. She summarizes the issue and how it is going to be treated in a way that I can understand and sets me up with all the right people. It's nice to leave the office knowing that my concerns have been heard and reassured that there is a plan forward.

My care provider is the best I have had. She knows my history and we have had an excellent rapport for more than a decade. We discuss my concerns and work together to address them in the best possible way.

DR H is a fantastic physician. She has a wonderful manner and so very intelligent. She absorbs what the patient says and knows what kind of steps to take, whether it stays In Office or needs more testing or referrals. She does it smoothly, confidently, and correctly.

Dr Hromadka has been my doctor for 10 years and always listens to me and helps me try to find solutions. I appreciate her encouraging me to go see specialists (even though it takes a really long time to get in to see them), and I appreciate that she is supportive of me using MIDI for my GYN perimenopause care when I couldn't find a GYN locally that I liked and was taking new patients. I am so much happier and healthier for being able to actively treat my perimenopause - no more debilitating migraines, I can actually sleep again, I am so much happier not being consumed by food noise, and my knees don't hurt anymore now that I am back to my pre child weight. If Dr Hromadka went concierge I would definitely follow her, but I admire her altruism in wanting to provide good care to all her patients and not just those who can afford to pay more and not making the shortage of primary care doctors worse. The only downside with Dr Hromadka is that because she helps other clinicians and teaches her schedule can be somewhat delayed. I manage that by budgeting extra time, but it may be helpful to give patients a heads up when she is running late. I think it helps manage expectations.

The staff is wonderful, the environment is inviting and comfortable.
