Dr. Heith was amazing. I loved the nurses, loved the doctor. She had great energy, definitely tried to find out everything that was happening with me as I was a new patient. So I definitely felt heard, seen, and it was a great visit. I can't wait to see her again in a year.

I followed Dr Heith to Haverhill location. It's a longer distance for me but Dr Agnieszka Heith is the best PCP I have ever had. She takes her time listens and is on top of referrals. The staff at Haverhill location were caring and friendly!

It was my first time meeting with the doctor. I was impressed that she did so much research on me upfront before she came in to see me. We had a relaxed and intelligent conversation. She was easy to talk to and she took enough time with me, I didn't feel rushed. I was very impressed with her and pleased that she is my doctor.

This is the first time that I have ever seen Dr. Heith and I was very pleased with her as a doctor because immediately she knew I had lymphedema. She removed a very unsightly comment that another doctor made from my record and she put in lymphedema as a diagnosis. So I'm very happy over that.

This is the first time my son see's this doctor, as he is a child with severe Autism on top of other ailments, and I cannot give my opinion very well regarding the person that he saw, as this was the first time that we saw this doctor. Thank you.

The provider was great, but it took me 15 minutes to find her office. She was not listed in the directory, there was no information in Gateway other than the street address. I tried calling but was put on hold and I realized that it was probably a central office anyway.

My first appointment at MGB. Dr Heith was wonderful. She took time to understand my current health conditions. We reviewed my medical history. She sent blood work requests to the lab immediately so I took care of them the same day. She provided a list of tests and follow-up appointments for me to do before seeing her again in 6 months. I'm so relieved to have found such a wonderful, warm and caring physician upon our move to MA!

Dr. Heith was a few minutes delayed for our first meeting; she explained that she had been reviewing my medical records and had developed a list of comments and questions for me. She had a pad of paper on which she had made a list of about a dozen questions about my medical condition and previous experiences. I was impressed! Before addressing her questions she said she wanted to know me better and began by asking who I live with. It was a great way to begin a doctor patient relationship! She then proceeded to share her thoughts concerning my various issues and opened up a conversation with me about my feelings and thoughts. She performed several physical assessments and then summarized her thoughts for my feedback, all very professional and insightful. At the end of the 50 minute meeting, she summarized her thoughts on my status and then explained what next steps she wanted me to take. As she spoke she wrote on her pad comments and next steps for me and gave me the paper. It was the best first meeting with a physician I had ever had. This was my first appointment with this care provider and she did a great job of reviewing my previous portal information and came in informed about my history to then focus on her time with me going over this and in a follow-up call from the office about a possible test for my consideration.

Dr. Heith is my 4th PCP in 4 years due to providers leaving. This has been difficult as you need to reintroduce yourself to people overseeing your health. She came in so prepared with a clear awareness of my health and having done a thorough chart review. She sat down next to me and engaged with me through the whole visit. It was so nice and felt like how medicine used to be practiced. I felt seen and heard and she was wonderful.

They were great and I appreciate them seeing me for a physical quickly after becoming a patient.
