The visit was complicated by several significant factors weather getting into and out of the facility was a nightmare traffic prevented me from getting to the appt on time and the patient portal used for preregistration was hacked. I was able to talk with your IT manager and problem was resolved.

Dr. Priesol is so thorough and compassionate to those living with vertigo and has tremendous knowledge.

I had to wait forever to get an appointment and then it was changed at the last minute. It was actually at a better date, but because of distance from home and time of appointment we had to make arrangements to stay over. He has been such a help to me personally as I have struggled with Menier's disease and vertigo and a series of other ailments. It was over 6 months to get an appointment Doctor was great once I finally got in.

The staff was great at getting me on the cancellation list and then slotting me in during a trip during which I saw another provider. Very helpful for those of us coming from out of state. Doctor also has a great bedside manner (which is a rarity) and he clearly knows what he is talking about, and is empathetic. He should help train the next generation on how to listen and interact properly with patients. Very glad I found this practice.

Compassionate, respectful, warm, calming, reassuring, validating. After 10 minutes speaking to him my anxiety symptoms (dizziness, shortness of breath feeling), vanished. Dr Priesol lived up to his reputation and then some.

Dr Priesol was incredibly welcoming and helpful. He showed he genuinely cared about how I was feeling and answered all of my questions. I would give my experience with him a 10.10. The two front desk staff members were somewhat short and uninterested with people on the phone/checking in.

The woman who ran my vestibular test was amazing! I was nervous and she made me feel comfortable and relaxed. She reassured me that if I felt claustrophobic she would stop and give me a break. Because she was so reassuring and communicative I was able to successfully complete the test without any problems.

Dr Priesol is an excellent doctor. It was obvious to me that he read the questionnaire I filled out prior to my appointmen. He also looked at my previous test results. He was thorough in the exam, explaining everything as the exam progressed. He then discussed his findings with me and discussed further blood work testing and vestibular testing that I needed. Dr Priesol was personable and explained things in terms I could understand. I feel Dr Priesol is a doctor who is extemely thorough and knowledgable.
