The care group was professional. They just didn't have enough information about my worker's compensation injuries and that I cannot say. So that was a little concerning to me. But otherwise, it was good.

I absolutely can't say enough great things about Dr. Pappy. I have a very complicated situation with my back and with my pain, and he has just been the most amazing doctor I've absolutely ever seen. The time he takes, the caring, the understanding, and the compassion he has is just beyond anything I've ever experienced from any other doctor I've ever seen. He has made sure that I've always been taken care of, been seen by who I need to see in an emergency situation, as well as just listening and being compassionate about the prognosis and directing me forward. Again, he is the most impressive doctor I have ever seen.

He went over all the aspects of my pain and gave me reasonable options and cared

Doctor pappy is awesome ,feel very comfortable with him and his staff ,I could have the opportunity to go to a different location closer to were I live but the is worth my travel time.

Dr. Pappy was extremely professional, but friendly, amiable, and explained everything to me in detail after he knew I was a nurse.

Dr. Pappy was very patient and answered all of my questions - even if I asked them twice, just to make sure I understood. I didn't feel rushed and he took all the time necessary to speak with me. He gave a treatment plan of action and I felt confident when leaving that I would be getting top-notch care when working with him.

The doctor that injected the steroid was everything a doctor should be. He asked questions and listened to the problem. He explained what he was going to do and asked me during procedure was I doing ok. The nurse was so helpful/ kind too by letting me know step by step what the doc was doing.

Dr. Pappy and Dr. [redacted] were both very informed and knowledgeable. They gave me a ton of time and information and answered all of my questions.

I was very, very happy with him. I am waiting for him to get back to me on one important issue, but perhaps he has not been able to reach the other Dr he wanted to consult with.
