I am so privileged to be a patient of Dr. Landsman. [redacted] Dr. Landsman turned out to be the perfect podiatrist for me to see, with a confluence of expertise in podiatry and engineering; when it came to figuring out the mechanical issues with my feet, and arriving at a treatment plan, including highly engineered orthotics (by Dr. Landsman), Dr. Landsman was spot on. In addition, Dr. Landsman was caring, professional, kind, and unquestionably, expert. I thought I was previously seen by good podiatrists, before, but, Dr. Landsman unquestionably excels, in comparison to those other podiatrists. I am beyond grateful to Dr. Landsman, and to Dr. [redacted], for having such an outstanding team of World Class orthopedic surgeons and podiatrists at MGH.

I have been a patient of Dr Landsman for many years. My previous podiatrist more or less gave up on me after I dared to question him on something, and I went to see Dr Landsman. He immediately knew what to do. I have seen him ever since.

We discussed options for inflammation around my toes, as well as the use of arthritic creams.

When checking in we check in just after getting off elevator. They are behind glass very difficult to hear. They go over personal information then tell us to check in with reception at the office.

The after visit notes are very repetitive from previous visits, so it's hard to isolate comments that are new for that particular visit. And sometimes the notes don't quite match up with what happened during the visit or the comments that were made during the visit. So I guess just more attention to that aspect would be a good thing.

DR. LANDSMAN explained very clearly what my X-Rays indicated. He was very reassuring about the outcome of the surgery he would perform, if I chose that route. The entire experience in this office was a positive one. DD

Dr. Landsman skillfully worked on my nails and my feet. He is the most skillful podiatrist I've ever had in my life, and I hope to have him as my podiatrist for the rest of my life. He also diagnosed a problem I'm having with my feet and calf muscles. that's starting to interfere with walking. And he attributed it to varicose veins and capillaries. And he prescribed compression socks in the right size and type that were available in the foot store at Mass General.

I had my first appointment with Dr Landsman, and it was a great experience. He was kind, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I left feeling relieved, supported, and confident about taking care of my feet and ongoing issues from chemotherapy.

Everything was running very late. I asked why and was told there were 4 doctors for 200 patients that day. To me that seems unreasonable. I can't fault the docs for being late, but somebody needs to figure out how to lighten the load.
