Dr. Feldman was very professional in his manner and answered all our questions as well as explaining what was my treatment about and what options there may be for my treatment further on and was able to get me in quickly for my procedure.

Dr. Feldman was a very good doctor. I felt very comfortable with him. It was just happenstance that I didn't know that there were some extenuating circumstances about reading the imagery. And it was a little bit of a surprise to me, but it had nothing to do with Dr. Feldman. He did inform me what he saw. what we needed to do more detailed evaluation. All in all, I like Dr. Feldman. Dr. Feldman was very kind, patient and knowledgeable explaining my medical problem.

I was very pleased with the "team approach" to discuss the different treatment options. I didn't feel like I was lead in one direction and was given pros and cons for each treatment option.

My experience with my caregivers has always been excellent. I've been going since 2007 and never had any problem with any of my caregivers at all. And they're all very courteous, knowledgeable, and very helpful.

Dr. Feldman and his staff spent the last three years treating me for bladder cancer. They were kind and friendly every time I went in for treatments or a Cystoscopy. I completed three years of immunotherapy and my last scope was clean. The staff and care they provide at MGB Urology is second to none.

while it is great that is MGH is a teaching hospital. My ultrasound tech was was lacking experience and called in another associate to help which was great of her part. The issue is the communication infront of the patient. It made me feel uncomfortable. Not getting the image and coaching from other make we feel unsettled as the quality of the tech. The tech was nice but was clearly frustrated in the ability to get the images. To the point of needing contrast. In her defense I do have implants that made it harder to image. As a best practice, I would suggest having the lead person work with the tech and not coach from the sidelines. It makes the patient have no confidence in tech.
