I think the provider was very dismissive with me, gave me three minutes, maybe four at the most, and somewhat didn't realize my pain experience with my other knee and being at my age, not wanting to go through two surgeries instead of one. But mostly just dismissive of my feelings and my questions.

My appt. with Dr Olsen was very positive. He definitely helped me with my issue. I was extremely glad I went to see him.

Dr. Olsen was clear in explaining my issues and did not press for his opinions but left the next step up to me. I don't know if I made the right decision but timing wise it made sense.

I found Dr. Olsen very personable and professional. He listened to my concerns and explained everything thoroughly. He also gave me the opportunity to ask questions and express my concerns.

Dr Olsen has always educated, explained and cared for my input. As a retired nurse I value a Dr that understands mutual involvements are absolutely the best avenue to choose the best response.

At my appointment time, I was seen right away at check-in and I was called into the patient room in a timely manner. Dr. Olsen came in, sat down, and I pulled up a chair next to him as he showed me my x-ray. He explained to me what my condition was clearly and he answered my questions. He suggested surgery and would follow up with me at a later date. The nurse scheduling for surgery called me the next day. She was very kind and understanding.

Dr. Olsen did a wonderful job from the first time I saw him, my knee replacement surgery and all the follow up appointments. He listened well to my concerns and questions and addressed all of them. I have been very pleased with my treatment.

Less than 5 min visit. Reviewed X-ray and ordered MRI that can't get for 6 weeks. In fairness, wasn't much to discuss when he didn't have more data to look at. He assured me he would contact me with results of MRI SO WE CAN MAKE A PLAN.

I think the doctor was very qualified and confident. He ordered MRI's but said that looking at past pictures, he did not think I qualified for a hip replacement at this time. I wish he could have given me some hope and advice because my quality of life has really diminished in the past 21 months.

I was seen right after Xray, so 20 minutes early. This was great. Dr. Olsen was aware of parts of my health profile that were not directly related to why I saw him but that were game changing for me. It was an exceptional experience
