Unfortunately it was a zoom meeting for my first time with Dr Matos due to the weather. The visual was not working on his end. However he still came across well and carefully listened to my issues. Prescriptions I needed renewals on were even confirmed to me by my pharmacy before the zoom call was over. We also discussed referrals for other new issues. I am very impressed by Dr. Matos.

Prior ..... months The most anoyying irritating situation is Texting and no verbal communication . Answering services ... pressing buttons , It has nothing to do with help or nurses. It has to do with the technical system . There are times a human is needed! We are a human species. I was to have surgery and I cancelled because of lack of communication . It made me feel very uneasy and not confident. Moving forward ... I do feel good about MGH in Salem NH. Staff . They are very professional . It must add lots of unnecessary pressure for them with computer cross communication.

Re question "Did you and someone from his office talk about all the prescription medicines you were taking?" The answer is no. I do not take any prescription medicines on a regular basis. I take prescription medicines as necessitated.

I have had providers for many years, but have never had a doctor who was so knowledgeable concerning any medical problems I have had. Dr. Matos has found many problems I have had that other doctors failed to address the problem and treated me wrongly. Example: I was coughing for 56 days, four doctors treated me at different times for flu or other problems. Doctor Matos knew right away that acid was attacking the bottom of my lungs, making me cough. He gave me something, and the cough stopped. If I were capable of giving a "Doctor monetary award", it would surely go to him.
