Dr Love is a compassionate, caring provider. She explains everything very clearly, including next steps. She has always had excellent suggestions for me regarding any concern I raised. She is so calm - eases any anxiety I may have. I highly recommend her.

In [redacted], Dr. Love insisted on a pelvic ultrasound. Since it showed concern, she called the gynecologist to rush the appointment. This allowed me to have surgery sooner for endometrial cancer and catch it early enough to not require additional treatments. Thank you Dr. Love!

I thought Dr. Love did an excellent job and I was very impressed with her knowledge of my background. Obviously, it indicated that she had to go over through, go over my file in detail and related what I was experiencing with past history. So I was very comfortable and happy with that.

Yeah, hi, Dr. Love is a great provider. She's always very attentive, always gives you plenty of time, asks a lot of questions, and is really great. Also, the office is generally quite good if I need a refill on a prescription. Through the gateway, they're very quick to respond, which is great. So, very pleased with them.

I appreciated that the provider came in already with knowledge about my social and medical history. I felt like the appointment was very rushed though. I wish she had asked some more questions to better check in on how I was doing. I think it is hard to know what to bring up all the time, and questions from the provider can help facilitate conversations/bring up things to discuss. Also, I filled out the forms ahead of time that asked about medical concerns and the things I indicated on that form were not mentioned during the appointment

She's a wonderful doctor! Great listener and gives useful counsel and advice

In the past, NWH did not employ enough doctors, NPs, PAs and nurses at this office. During past cold and flu seasons, it was impossible to get appointments and I was always relying on urgent cares for sick visits. The only reason we stayed as patients with this office was because of how much we love Dr. Love. She is truly the only reason we stayed. It seems NWH has finally started managing this office better and has added a PA. We'd like to see more, but we appreciate the small improvement. And Dr. Love is still the best doctor we have ever had.
