She ensured that I had adequate anaesthetic coverage for the procedure.I found her Professional care exceptional and I believe she has an A+ Team at the Mohs Clinic. I am a Nurse, so as far as I was concerned , she was brilliant. I have reported my experience back to my referring Dermatologist, who was also pleased to hear of my very positive experience. I highly recommend Dr Waldman.

I was extremely nervous entering the appointment, and [redacted] started my time there full of upbeat energy and was very engaging and comforting. He listened to my concerns, was always looking out for my comfort and talked me through everything - more than once which I appreciated. Both [redacted] and Dr. Waldemann constantly checked in on me throughout the procedure which quickly put me at ease. These two were incredible from start to finish and went the extra mile to even help me find the better pharmacy to grab my meds near my hotel, as I was visiting from overseas. First class team all the way through - their confidence and bed side manner were on point!

This office is run very professionally with each discipline and roles of the nurse and doctors explained fully. Patient expectations were fully understood by me, and the care and concern of the team was evident.

Dr. Waldman is not my usual physician (Dr. [redacted]), however I sent pictures and a message showing my concern of my postop wound (which is open). I got an almost immediate reply through the Gateway asking me to call right away for an appt. Dr. Waldman came in to see me in a timely manner and she was very kind and courteous. She looked over the wound and assured me that it was healing as expected.

Any facial surgery that you enter into open ended can cause a little anxiety. Everyone there did a phenomenal job of easing that anxiety and making the procedure stress and pain free. All questions were addressed prior to surgery along with very thorough follow up instructions.

It was a great experience. Everybody was nice. [redacted]. And I couldn't be happier with the results. There's no pain. I haven't taken any Tylenol or anything. And it didn't swell. And there was like no pain. So everything is great. That's it.

Have been to this Mohs facility four times now with complete satisfaction with all medical professionals and positive outcome. I couldn't be more satisfied:

I was taken on time. The doctor was very knowledgeable, very competent, very diligent, quite focused. He also was quite affable and quite pleasant. So I have to say, given the experience, really having her as a doctor added a certain level of comfort in me as well as a feeling that things would go well, and they did. I'm not going to go over it. It's really nice. And quite confident as well. I guess there's a word in confidence.

She was not the one who did my surgery and that in itself is ok. I was there on a check of site per my derm and wasnt sure what to expect as this was first time dealing with skin cancer surgery and healing. I guess my second or third question was too many since she opened the door and walked out of the room during one of those. I sure took the hint then and got outta there. Isure hope that's not a norm as that didnt end what could have been an ok follow up on a good note. [redacted]

The physician and the nurse were superb. The physician was running a bit behind, so I was taken in about 40 minutes after my appointment time. I expected one of the clerks to let me know about the delay but none of the several clerks approached me. This is a minor criticism which could be easily addressed. Overall, an A+ experience.

There was a moment when my lesion was not identified as to location. Dr. Waldman conferred with others who were familiar with my exams and biopsy in order to get the location exactly correct. Calm and collected she was terrific.
