Dr. Cohen is a wonderful clinician. He was professional and very clear and understandable. He also, I actually showed up for the appointment coming from Central Massachusetts a day early and he was already overbooked for the day and he still took the time to take me and wasn't rushed when he saw me and was absolutely wonderful. Dr. Cohen was very calm and professional and compassionate when chatting with me. Unfortunately, my primary care referring Office never got the cardiac testing results to him before my appointment, so in-depth conversations about my concerns with results to support them were not available. I have contacted my primary care's office and again ordered those results sent immediately, and Dr. Cohen said that he would contact me if there were any concern. He also stated that I would be an annual visit with him because of our extensive talking about my family history and my concerns. It is a great comfort to know that he is so welcoming and open to continuing my care with him.

The location is great and the building is new and lovely. The staff were friendly and through.

I felt the visit was brief and somewhat rushed. I've had some recent health changes that have affected my blood pressure and thought it would have warranted a longer conversation but guess that was not the case.

I was impressed with the timeliness of being seen and the interaction with the staff from the front desk to the nurse to the doctor. I arrived early for my appointment and not only was I seen earlier than the appointment but was done and on my way home before my originally scheduled appointment.

He's very thorough in his knowledge of my health.

When I pressed three for the one nurse's question, it was supposed to be a four. That was a mistake. My experience there was great from start to finish.

There was no receptionist. Many of us sat waiting No one told us to sign in the. A new patient came in and went in back they signed a log many were upset noobs told us to sign I.
