She actually KNEW my test results and compared it to previous years! Usually that's my job to remind these. Of a slight change in testing. Dr. Hernandez was superb! She has the ability to explain things at my level! Very Personable that that is NOT top priority but it's nice

I have the rare IgG4-RD. As such I see dozens of specialists regularly. Dr. Hernandez-Barco is one of the best doctors I have ever seen. She is attentive, listens carefully, and asks thoughtful questions without rushing her patients. She is kind, compassionate, and takes the time to thoroughly explain the disease, treatment options, and the reasoning behind her recommendations. She not only treats the illness but also ensures that patients feel emotionally supported and confident, knowing that a highly competent and dedicated physician is looking out for their best interests. I consider my self very fortunate to have Dr. Hernandez-Barco be the leader of my GI/Pancreatic team.
