She began by having me explain the entire situation as I know it and she listened carefully asking pertinent clarifying questions to ensure she had a full understanding. She had read my records and test results prior to our meeting and wove that into the conversation too. She came up with a multi pronged approach to addressing my issue and clear steps going forward. She also took the time to learn about me, my military career as a Combat Flight and Battlefield Nurse and Vietnam Veteran. I was very appreciative of this. The nurse was very professional and the secretary out at the front office was very professional and timely. And everybody was really good. And then the doctor came in, Dr. Coppolino, and this is the first time I had seen her, and she was really good. I like her. She knew all about me, had read my record, and she answered every question, and it was a very good meeting. So overall, it's a top-notch operation that you have there. Thank you.

The doctor listened to my concerns, asked questions and listened to my answers regarding family history. She paid attention to my attempts at trying to live a healthy lifestyle as well as maintain a daily healthy diet. Yes, I had a very pleasant and good experience with Dr. Coppolino, much better than the experience I had with my previous doctor who told me that I should not come back to visit her because I wasn't sick enough. So, and I'll waste her time. So, I was very happy with Dr. Coppolino. She was wonderful.

Dr. Coppolino is very tuned into my needs and concerns as her patient. She knows I hate my blood pressure readings but encourages me on the readings overall.

My only complaint is that the receptionists were talking together which is fine but they weren't paying attention to me standing there. I had to say excuse me for both appointments.

Dr. Coppolino is the first doctor who really listened to me about my symptoms and the side effects of the medications I was taking. She ordered the right tests and seems to have correctly diagnosed my problem. I am hopeful that the new medication she prescribed at this visit will help me reach the target numbers for my cholesterol without the side effects I was having.
