[redacted] Dr. Mitchell is an A plus player and an asset to the medical profession and more importantly to Mass General Brigham. Her knowledge and care of the patient is her number one responsibility and she demonstrates that every time you meet with her. If she doesn't have an answer, she secures the proper answer. She also takes the next steps to get you ready for any type of test. I would recommend Dr. Mitchell to any of my family members or friends.

I've been a patient of Dr Mitchell for years and am always happy with her care and guidance.

Vivian G Mitchell is unusually empathetic as well as committed and prepared. I know that she is overworked and can't handle physicals once a year, but I also know that she will respond promptly if I need medical attention over the coming year. I think the office is also run well, but my evaluation of the nurses or PS is based on less sustained interaction.

Dr. Mitchell is always willing to discuss any aspect of my status and carefully explains any tests or results as well as any other questions I may have. She is consistently identifying and suggesting preventative measures such as pneumonia vaccines and other testing as needed.

My experience with the provider was excellent. I found her engaging, interested, courteous, and prepared with my history. Since I just recently changed primary care physicians from a really long time PCP, [redacted] to Dr. Mitchell, of course there's a long history to digest, and she took the time to communicate many aspects of this with me. And recently, I had some issues during travel, which added many complicated questions. So we discussed all of that thoroughly. Dr. Vivian Mitchell is an outstanding physician. She is extremely competent and I am very lucky to have her as my PCP. She is also very kind, patient, and a good listener. We've seen Dr. Mitchell twice now. She was terrific with us and answered all our questions and always offered great referrals when appropriate.
