Not my regular PCP however I felt very at ease and comfortable with Dr. Chang a very positive experience from someone who doesn't go to the Drs very much.

I wish all testing facilities are provided at the center so that all test like ultrasound etc as needed by primary care physician is done at the center itself so that commuting to other facilities is avoided

As usual, Dr. Chang was asking questions that were particular to the situation. I felt she listened carefully wrote down anything important that I said and encouraged me to comment at any time. I had had an ultrasound and a CT and we really didn't know why I was still having pain. I am having an endoscopy

Yes, I find Dr. Chang and her staff to be extremely responsive, whether I have a question on the phone or for in-person visits. I've never had a problem in scheduling urgencies if I needed, and always there's very good explanation, follow-up, as well as the portal is easy to use with Dr. Chang's messages there as well for me to go back to. So I have nothing but very positive experience with Dr. Chang and her practice.

I want to say that my provider went above and beyond and spent what I feel is way more than I feel a 30-minute session would have even allowed. And I never felt rushed. And walking out of there, I realized I may have spent as much time as I did. So above and beyond service by the service provider.
