Dr was well prepared with specific knowledge of every aspect re: my medical situation. He explained his recommendation very clearly and the process or steps in a logical manner. The asked for my questions and opinion. And then same with my wife. I was a bit apptehensive about moving forward with a procedure involving my heart but after visit I was cofigdent about having the procedure because of the Dr who would be performing it. He is most certainly more than just a keeper.

He was very welcoming and upbeat. He provided all necessary information for the subject at hand.

Good coordination with other doctors

Dr. Kapur covered in great detail, the lead extraction procedure and the various options leading up to it. We are going to go forward with lead extraction so that a new lead can be installed. I feel very comfortable with Dr. Kapur. He is extremely easy to talk to, and I like the way he takes the time to explain things thoroughly to me. I know that he will take care of me from now through the completion of my procedure.

Dr. Kapur was very clear in his explanations. He answered my questions directly and completely. He had read my history before seeing me, but also asked for my explanations of my situation. He was efficient but not rushed.

I very much appreciated how clearly Dr. Kapur explained the issue I am facing as well as the pros and cons with the decisions that need to be made. This clarity in communication is important to instill confidence in decision making.

Dr Kapur is an exceptional doctor he was friendly and knowledgeable in his field. He took my concerns very seriously and listened to me and wants to help. He is the first provider I've seen in the past years that wants to help me instead of put bandaids on my issue that just cause me more symptoms then fix me. It's the first time I feel like I have a plan in place that will help me get my life better.
