My PCP and the surrounding structure is second to none that I have had in the past and I have never had a PCP that was in anyway substandard. I sincerely hope this practice continues. This PCP is my second and in each case they have made a significant improvement in my health.

This was our first appointment, he did a thorough physical exam, listened carefully to my heart and lung sounds. He asked me to tell him about my medical history and asked pertinent questions during the visit. He ordered more diagnostic blood work and imaging that was needed to identify a disease entity from my symptoms. The time he allocated for my visit was above the usual MD allotted time that I had experienced in the past. I had a confident feeling after leaving his office that I was in good hands.

He is fundamental in my health care and is beyond descriptive adjectives in his passion for medicine and his patients. I literally doubt I would be alive if not for his support through a couple of battles with cancer, and particularly his understanding of my ETOH substance abuse history and relapses. If there were an adjective in the English language beyond extremely professional, I would use it for Dr.Atlas. In my [redacted] years on this earth I have been treated and cared for by many doctors for a multitude of routine and emergency medical needs and I therefore feel qualified to say there are only a few who rate even close to Dr. Atlas. I am retired and living in Florida for the past [redacted] years and I fly north to Boston each year to see my primary care physician, Dr. Atlas. He is well worth having to fly and stay one night at a hotel to make sure I get to the appointment on time. [redacted]
