My doctor is always there for me. He listens and understands my problem with my throat. I would recommend him to anyone. He is definitely the best doctor. Talks to me about everything concerning my throat problem.

Hard to say given that it was my first time as a patient with this provider. However, I did have a lot of issues I needed to discuss. Therefore, xrays and blood work were taken, referrals made, and a two week follow up. So pretty good for a first visit.

I am happy that Dr. Konduri is my doctor. She is very open and knowledgeable and comfortable to talk to.

I felt the provider didn't really listen to my concerns and didn't understand my medical history and family history to provide enough input to make me feel like I was receiving the treatment I wanted. [redacted]

Excellent care listened to concerns and did extensive research into causes of problem. Ordered tests to substantiate suspicians. Called me at home to discuss the results. Provided excellent care!

You know, I just want to say that I love Dr. Konduri. She's been with me for, I don't know, a number of years since when she worked in Andover here locally. And I continued on with her there because she's such an extraordinary doctor and gives real thought and attention. to both my experience, my symptoms, my disabilities, all sorts of stuff. Plus, I feel like she has gone out of her way to try to sort of inform and educate herself and communicate with some of the other doctors on my team to support better managing my overall condition, [redacted]. So yeah, I couldn't say enough great things about Dr. Konduri. She's amazing. Truly, truly amazing. I'm very fortunate. Thank you.

She was reassuring and put me at ease.

Medical assistant was excellent - very thorough and communicated well

This was supposed to be a physical exam. I don't feel as if I had one. She did. She must have ordered some blood tests. She did order blood tests. [redacted]. I had the feeling that she had a very short period of time to talk to me and she just went blah, not giving me any opportunity to ask a question along the line. And then at the end, they say, do you have any questions? Well, that doesn't work because I already have gotten what it has. I'm a geriatric patient and it takes a little extra time to talk to an [redacted]- year- old person. And to make them feel comfortable, I did not feel comfortable.

I felt very dismissed by my doctor. She made no effort to understand my concerns and get to the root of the issues [redacted]
