Dr Lozano went over my MRI and other test and explained them to me so that I could understand them.

My visit with Dr. was excellent. He answered all of my questions. I was very impressed with the level of knowledge that he had about my past examinations and his level of interpretation of the imaging studies that were made. In my book, Dr. Santiago Lozano Calderon is just one of the premium top-notch providers out there. I would not hesitate to see him again and trust him implicitly.

I used the portal to ask a follow-up question, actually two follow-up questions, but I'm still waiting for a return call from someone on staff there. So I think it would be great to have faster follow-up to questions through the portal.

This office is fantastic

The doctor was very busy and had 2 previous scheduled visits that he cancelled for other surgeries . However he was there and on time and attentive this time.

It was a very worthwhile and informative visit with the doctor and I'm glad we were able to handle it with a televisit rather than my driving into Boston, which is difficult to do.

Yes, I was really satisfied with the discussion we had with the doctor, with the nurse, with the lady that came in and explained before the doctor came in. They explained everything precisely so you were able to understand. And when the doctor came, he was so down to earth, you know, he was so nice, explained everything the same way. So the relationship, I mean, he made you feel so comfortable, the nurses made you feel comfortable as well. Ask him anything, he would respond. So I was really pleased with that.
