My first time meeing Dr. Sandeep Prabhu - who was a dream to consult with. Initially I have tech issues preventing my laptop camera working & he immediately sent me a SMS to do the video from the phone. A very very nice doctor. It was a pleasure to share my illness with him. :)

I like this facility very much, and Dr Prabhu is great. Its a little far from my home in Charlestown, since i don't own a car. It would be nice if BWH Primary Care had an office in downtown. The Longwood area is closer to me. I'm glad I can do virtual visits tho.

Dr. Prabhu always listens carefully and works with me making sure any and all health issues are addressed. The doctor also looked at a problem with my blood pressure and continued testing and discovered the problem to be Atrial Fibrillation. I am truly thankful to him for this as it could certainly have led to a much more serious problem

He knew I might not be comfortable getting a Pap smear done by a male provider, so he clearly gave me options and respected my decision. I would recommended him to anyone!
