First of all I was very impressed Dr. Levy was right on time for my appointment. No waiting. Secondly he really wants to get to the root of my dizziness (it's been 5 years) and all the therapy sessions I've had, have done nothing (both in Naples and Martha's vineyard). Hopefully with all of the testing coming up we will find the problem and cure the dizziness.

Dr [redacted] spent most of the time of the visit going over and evaluating my condition. [redacted] When Dr Levy came in towards the end, he explained further what the plan might look like to further my care. We were impressed with him and Dr [redacted], both, and grateful they could see me and begin my care journey.

They explained options and suggestions clearly, supported care decisions, and answered all questions clearly.

I have had a positive, impactful, and transformative (excellent) experience with this care provider.

[redacted] He is optimistic, caring, thoughtful of my coming cross country to see the Best .. Now I am hopeful for my " no cure" situation.

Dr. Levy was one of the most thorough and nicest physicians I have ever encountered (and I've encountered a lot!). He had a clear follow up plan and the referrals to testing were easy. He is caring and really just epitomizes what a physician should be like.

Dr. Levy is a personable and listened closely to my concerns, and I was pleased to learn that he has background and experience with my particular ailments. In hindsight, I wish he had explained why he recommended the particular drug he prescribed and its side effects, compared to other possibilities. Time will tell, whether or not I am happy with his care.

I was so impressed with Dr Levy! He was kind, thoughtful, caring and incredibly knowledgable! I can't believe that he gave me one, full hour of his time. He also gave me some insights to my medical issue and set me up for bloodwork and a nerve conduction study. I can't remember the last time I met a doctor that was so caring!

I cannot say enough about the kindness of Dr Levy and Dr [redacted] in not only their compassionate listening of my complicated neurological history, but most importantly for the validation they give to me as a woman with a serious chronic illness who knows her body, and is medically minded. They encourage advocacy, asking questions which leads to feeling completely supported in a very serious illness, and highlighting my strengths and hopefulness. They truly care who I am as a person, not just as a patient. Their compassion is top notch in the world, truly.

Dr Levy gave me much info about my hand shaking that I did not know. He took the time to explain every thing to me. He was very polite and I was very happy with him.

Dr Levy is a truly caring Dr there is no words he is always there for us

Dr. Levy has always had the greatest staff available assisting him.

He took his time to listen to my experience, and then provided a detailed explanation of his diagnosis along with other possible diagnoses, followed by a plan for further testing and a recommended medication to try for the condition. He presented his diagnosis with care and compassion, and he left time for my questions.

Dr. Levy was very kind and patient and extremely thorough. He showed me results of scan comparing them side by side so could see the changes. He explained what might be going on ( various causes) and also the tests that he was ordering and why. He made us seem very collaborative.

It is difficult to put in words how remarkable my experience with Dr. Levy has been during the last five years. I have an autoimmune disorder that has caused a lot of damage to my body. I had the fortune of meeting Dr. Levy and being under his care. He enrolled me in the experimental trial of Ravulizumab for NMOSD patients, which after four years ended with 100% success. During, and after the trial, Dr. Levy has been very attentive and responsive to all my symptoms and questions. I go every eight weeks to MGH for Ultomiris (Ravulizumab) infusions, and I have been free of relapses five years now. All of this had not been possible without Dr. Levy's help.
