I highly recommend Dr. Louis Nguyen because he took the time to talk with and to listen to me. He asked me questions so that he could understand my situation better. He explained things very clearly, including my condition and medical procedures which would improve my condition. Dr. Nguyen also took the time to recommend things, like walking, which would improve my condition. At the end of the appointment, he asked if I had any questions. It was my first appointment with him, and I was very pleased and impressed.

Impressed with the doctor. Nurse not at all. Didn't introduce herself. She lead me down the hallway so quickly without even looking back that she was waiting for me when I made the corner. Took vitals, no feedback. Left room and stuck her head in the room after 45 minutes today the doctor was running late, obviously. When I asked how much longer she said I don't know. So the point of that was what? No showing me how to exit when I was done but could hang out at nurses station. I have never complained on medical staff, I know they are overworked but no manners, warmth or personality.

He seems to be extremely competent but I expect s doctor to be caring, to look at me in the eyes. He didn't make eye contact, which was somewhat awkward. Regardless I think he probably is a good doctor and in the end that is what matters. [redacted] I truly expect empathy from people that I rely my life on their hands.

I thought the doctor was outstanding. I was the one that was late to the appointment. I went on hoping that he might see that I had entered the appointment, the virtual visit, and he did. He acknowledged my entry, even though it was late, and took care of me very well. I'm very impressed, very happy, and I look forward to the next thing to come for me. So thank you.

[redacted] He is vein specialist and when I told him the vein was not bothering me he was uninterested in my leg pain. [redacted] I was referred I thought because my dr wanted to look into my leg pain. Thankfully, the ultrasound showed no clots . I was referred to this provider for follow-up . I was not impressed.
