When I went for visit I was happy to see that my provider had read the very important health information I forwarded to my provider. My provider ask several follow up questions about my health. We discussed my medication list and health options to rectify any concerning issues.

Dr Lisa Michelle Owens is truly the quintessential primary care provider every Dr. should strive to achieve. Sadly, the newer docs now have their heads stuck in their iPad with no or minimal eye contact and zero social interaction with their eyes on the time clock.

I am always comfortable with the services that I received with my primary care physician however, I question and am somewhat uncomfortable with the the dialoge and interactions of some of the medical assistants.

Dr. Owens is top shelf in every respect!!! Her overall professionalism - her medical knowledge and expertise, her "bedside manner" in examining me, her preparation in knowing my medical record, her communications with me, etc. I felt respected, valued , cared for and "seen" as a human being, given my [redacted] year old self!! I felt CONFIDENT that I was in GOOD HANDS! I am so grateful and appreciative of the care I received and receive from Dr. Owens and her staff. Wow!!!! Thank you!!!

Although this is the first time I saw her in person, and I only had one virtual visit with her before, she made me feel as if we had know each other for a while. I fell comfortable to bring up my questions.

L love this Dr Lisa Owens l have had her for more than 30 years or more. She talks to you with love and respect, that's. Why whenever I have appointment and she's off at times I cancel my appointments please don't get me wrong other Doctors were always good in their own ways but there's something special about Dr Lisa Owens

Dr. Owens, her nursing staff, and her clinical staff are amazing. They're very caring. They listen. They give great advice. They care about the patient. They take the time to know the patient's history and have a very detailed conversation about their health plan and what they need to do moving forward. They're able to correlate through other surgeries or other departments you work with to kind of bring together a comprehensive health plan for the patient. I've enjoyed being part of the practice. This is probably like the best practice experience I've had beyond being in my pediatric practice when I was a little kid. So I'm very grateful for Dr. Owens.

The Dr was very attentive and listening and giving medical feedback and suggestions for me to ask the next Dr. regarding my condition and treatment. Also helped explain my medical issues to my understanding. Also very informative about what my Diet and regiment or working out should be for my age!! Very caring and trustworthy!

I this appointment was an annual check up and it was all as expected. I've also had a recent health issue and have called the practice for assistance. This was also a very positive experience for me. I appreciate that the treatment prescribed from the previous health issue was factored into my annual exam.

Dr. Owens is great. She is very thorough and always makes one feel like a partner in the treatment strategy.

I was asked, by the nurse, a series of evaluation questions related to my state of mind. Dr. Owens either did not see that or wanted me to take it again without mentioning that I had already taken it. That was the apparent misscommunication.

She spent a long time with me, answering all my questions and concerns. She ordered bloodwork before my visit and went through all results with me. She's really an excellent doctor. I would highly recommend her!

It met my care provider for my annual physical. It was convenient since I live close by and very efficient. My questions were answered, received my blood test results really fast (on the portal), got two shots, and scheduled my next annual.

Dr. Owens has always been receptive with any questions I might have and clearly answers them. Whether reviewing my medical history, my current meds and physical and cognitive exams , Dr. Owens attention to detail in my annual visit with her is impressive. Her demeanor is most pleasant and her her role as my PCP has always reflected her comittment to me, her patient ,continues to be excellent. I might add that Dr. Owens has an strong grasp of healthy nutrition and healthy living. I find this very helpful with some our discussions since I enjoy healthy living. I have seen several doctors in my life but her healthy lifestyle is a positive influence for me. I would consider this a bonus in her Doctor's Treasure Chest. I feel fortunate to have Dr. Owens as my PCP. Thank you Dr. Owens for your care and attention.

My care provider was absolutely EXCELLENT! It was apparent that she had read my file prior to our visit. She was up to date on my medical history. Most importantly, she did not rush the appointment and asked me questions about my physical health and mental well being.

I am a new patient and this was a first visit. Dr. Owens listened to my complex medical history and did not rush me. She was respectful and it felt very collaborative as we decided "next steps" and referrals. This past year I have experienced many doctors and specialists as indifferent in response to my symptoms; because they couldn't diagnose me easily (I've since been diagnosed with an unusual but real condition) I heard things like "it must be stress" or "you might just have to learn to live with it." My experience with Dr. Owens was different because she listened and referred me to the necessary specialists I need to treat the condition. In this sense my visit was a welcome surprise. I'm grateful to her.
