Dr. Caros had been my PCP since the 1990s and I couldn't ask for a better doctor. I've always been pleased with the thoughtful care she provides, not to mention her wonderful demeanor. She is incredibly knowledgeable and I appreciate that she engages you in conversation regarding tests, treatment, or referrals to other physicians.

She apologized for being late. She was an hour late. The visit was 12 noon and she came in at 1 o'clock. She apologized at the onset of the visit and she also made sure she apologized at the end of the visit as well. She was very respectful and listened to me and that's all I have to say. Thank you.

I am a long-time patient because my PCP is so good! My answers/ratings reflect my experience and respect. Even though I am healthy, I have had scary stuff happen (anaplasmosis; a traumatic surgery; a medical mystery; other), and she has been there for me.

The office setup is excellent. I can have blood drawn at the same office. The person that drew my blood was pleasant and excellent at the task. Painless and done well.

Dr. Caros was professional and courteous, and I was very pleased with my visit experience with her.

She interrupted me constantly, which made clear communication and understanding much harder, and she seemed to be judgmental of my answers to her questions, and overall unnecessarily rude. [redacted] I am not sure if she just had a bad day or I said something to upset her but her demeanor was like she was annoyed to be there, even though this is the first time I ever met her.

The only drawback that I have with my provider is that I don't hear back from her on a timely basis. I usually have to call her or her helper, not the helper, the associated nurse. It's just that I don't feel I should have to chase after anybody, but sometimes I do.
