After introducing himself, Dr Jajoo explained that he had reviewed the records associated with my case and he asked probing questions which showed interest and concern for my situation. Given the information on my records, he reassured me that my condition, while worthy of further evaluation was not something that needed immediate intervention. He described what I should expect for the procedure he would perform to gain important information as well as how to prepare for it as well as the recovery after the procedure. Dr Jajoo has gained my confidence and respect as the medical professional who will help with my condition.

Dr. Jajoo always is and was wonderful in this meeting. It was virtual and I missed the timing and he saw that I got on later. He called me personally and gave me plenty of time to get on the virtual again and cover all the materials. I had some other health issues this year and he was so attentive looking at the whole picture of me as a person rather than just the gastro system and explaining upcoming tests and so forth and just related everything to everything. I love him. I think he is absolutely wonderful and I'm so lucky. My husband and I are so lucky to have him as our doctor.

Dr. Jajoo had read all of my medical record before I arrived. He was very respectful of my thoughts and carefully listened to my questions. He suggested one test that would give clarity to my condition, avoiding several different tests. I never felt rushed during the appointment. I made the decision to transfer my care to him as he is a specialist with my condition and I feel confident in his care.

He was able to provide excellent care. When the procedure had to be adjusted during treatment this provider was able to adapt. He safely proceeded with an alternate procedure that would not cause halm to the patient and to move the treatment toward a positive resolution. I couldn't have found a better doctor.

Very down to earth exchange with the doctor. He clearly listened to me and followed up with questions for clarification.

This was my first appointment with Dr. Jajoo, who was taking over my case from a provider who had left the practice. I am a physician in another specialty, and Dr Jajoo is one of the best physicians I have had in life. He is very knowledgeable, thorough and systematic about his approach to a problem. He is also a very kind person, and I am grateful to have him as my physician.
