Dr O'Connor was thorough and answered all my questions. We had a matter-of-fact conversation about the pros and cons of a hernia re-repair procedure. I have a lot of confidence in him.

I had the same procedure [redacted] years ago but it didn't seem as though Dr. O'Connor read my file, was familiar with my history, etc. I did appreciate that after we spoke, he reviewed my file and provided more clarity which was helpful. Dr. O'Connor presents as a doc who is confident, direct, and doesn't exactly provide a calming and nurturing bedside manner that I would prefer. [redacted] Noting how many he performed in the service wasn't helpful and not the type of "reassurance" I find helpful in those moments. He is an experienced doc and did a great job for which I am grateful.

The doctor who treated me was very professional and kind; he explained everything to me. I thank God for having such wonderful staff, from the nurses to the people who help you with your appointment, everyone is so professional and dedicated. I'm so happy they're at the hospital working for all of us. Blessings to everyone.

Initial in person meeting & procedure by all involved was much better than one performed 3 years prior. More information explained to me & attention to my concerns prior to procedure , and afterward as well.

This was a follow up to an emergency surgery that occurred in Atlanta. Dr. O'Connor had the info, did the 2 week out check (all good) and informed me to take it slow one more week.
