Dr. Lattermann was very compassionate and very kind and very patient and we feel very grateful that he was the one to do [redacted]'s surgery.

Dr. Lattermann and his colleagues were excellent in every facet, from check in to imaging. Efficiency and interest were very evident. A high degree of competence and understanding instills a great deal of confidence from a patients perspective. Even reading the after care summary notes on my chart i was impressed with the accuracy of the notes taken when compared with the story i told. I'm very critical of hospitals so this was very much a breath of fresh air. I look forward to my next visit and have every confidence I'm in the best place possible to get taken care of

I was shocked that I was able to get an appointment as soon as I did. I was pleased with Dr Lattermann's understanding of how I was feeling and the speed in which they ordered the MRI and the follow up appointment happening 1 week after my first appointment. Not certain what will happen going forward but I am grateful to feel like I have a partner in my getting better
