Dr. Norman is the most thorough and professional provider I've ever had. She tracks my glucose online. She messages me all the time. If I have a question, she responds either by calling or by messaging me inside of an hour. I couldn't be any happier and couldn't imagine a more thorough representation of the hospital. I just, I've never felt so comfortable with a doctor and her advice. She addresses every concern. She spent over an hour with me as a new diabetic to explain all the intricacies of what would take place. And she has consistently followed me for the six months that she's been taking care of me. I couldn't imagine a better service.

I met Dr. Norman a little less than a year ago, and I've had two appointments with her and her office team. I found her to be incredibly well-informed, very focused, active listener, good conversationalist. She explains things extremely well. She was very engaged, not only as a physician, but as a person. And the whole team around her seems very upbeat and positive. It is a very, very comfortable office to visit, and I feel as though I'm being taken very good care of by Dr. Norman and her team.

She is very thorough and warm. She did explain things in great detail. While, in the end, we did not agree on the course I should take to deal with my issue, I did and do, actually like her. I would have liked if she was more open to hearing from me about how I wanted to deal with this issue. As an alternative health care provider, I am aware that my opinions on how I want to deal with my health issues are different from many mainstream medical doctors. [redacted] With a history of cancer in my family with stomach and lung cancer, breast cancer, pancreatic cancer, I'm very concerned about my situation.
