Dr. Moy is very thorough. She's very professional. She always asks me if I have any changes and she's always looking through my notes. She picked up on I had just had a thyroid test and she was asking about the outcome of the thyroid test. So she's always, always reads my chart. I know before I get in there and does a terrific job of asking all of the right questions. She's always prompt. I had a day once back in July where I was late, caught up in a rainstorm, and she said, let's just do it over the phone to take the stress off of me trying to get into Boston to meet with her. I have been a patient of Dr. Moy's for about eight or nine years and she has been nothing but wonderful as a cancer patient. It's a scary time and she always made me feel heard, seen, understood. She always remembered or seemed to remember our past visits together when I saw her. There was a personal level of care that was definitely appreciated and I just can't say enough about her. To go through a scary time with someone like Dr. Moy made it much easier.

Although the care was wonderful, my appointment was at 10:20 AM and I was not seen until 10:45 AM. That was the only part of the appointment that I did not find appropriate.
