She spoke very fast in medical terms that I did not understand. She referred to my backside as "trunk"... it took me a while to figure out what she was talking about. She referred to her advice as what she would give her "sister", I never quite had a physician speaking in those terms. Lastly, this was a dermatology appointment and there was no Mirror for me to show her areas on my face that I was concerned about. The entire appointment was hurried and not very informative.
