I have been seeing Dr. Phan for several years. At all times she has is familiar with my medical issues and provides the best treatment for me.

I was trying to share with Dr An Phan the pain that I have been experiencing and I felt unheard. I tried to explain how it was affecting my life and I felt a chiropractor could help. I requested X-ray orders that the chiropractor requested that he would need in order to understand where my pain is coming from. According to Medicare the orders must be ordered by my pcp. She did order them but she was not at all supportive and made me feel unheard, invalidated and she was dismissive.

OMG! Dr. Phan is GREAT! She struck as as someone who really, truly cares about her patients and I am happy to be one!!!

My PCP is always knowledgeable of my medical history. Dr. Phan always understands exactly what my health history is reviewing past and current test results and current prescription. I cannot say enough about the staff at this site.

She was very helpful for a situation (an allergic reaction) I had never been in before. She was very helpful in explaining what to do and what not to do to make it better.

Dr. Phan is very professional. She communicates well. She seems to understand what my opinions are with medication, and she explains totally any of the issues that are in the blood work or what could lead to future problems.

I have been fortunately healthy for the last three decades therefore never needing doctor visits. Lo and behold I got very ill and after my hospital icu stay I needed to follow up with pcp. Dr. Phan treated me with utmost professionalism. Actually a reality check that I do need to take medication to manage my health issue. I was totally comfortable with her mannerisms and knowledgeable input.

I have been a patient of Dr. Phan for over three years. I have been very comfortable with the diagnosis and the followupcare that I recieve.

She did not listen to me or respect what I had to say, she was more concerned with incurring insurance charges. [redacted] She had no respect for the fact that I work with a nutritionist, and no respect for the nutritionist herself, though she has never met her. I believe in prevention, not unnecessary medication, and Dr. Phan seems to believe the opposite, prescribing me medications that I did not want and did not need. I told her I did not want an anxiety med. [redacted] Separately, I expressed concern for my throat, liver, and kidneys and she brushed it off. I asked for bloodwork for my nutritionist to assist with providing me the proper macros for my age and needs, and she denied my request saying it was too expensive for the insurance company. I have a HDHP; I am just going to pay for it myself! She said she's there for me, whatever I need, but she didn't respect what I need.

She always show me respect, always ask questions about my health and wellbeing.

Dr. Phan is thorough and addresses your concerns. We are new to her practice and getting to know each other better.

I was disappointed with my provider I saw . I felt that she was dismissing what I had to say about my treatment. The provider didn't want me to have this treatment but I told her I had this treatment in the past and it helped me.
